one can change their nicknames to give status updates. Someone
might be afk and or are burnt out from singing and don't want to
sing anymore. and in contrast, might want to sing next as a
broadcast song. You can do something like pass the baton with a
little marker that marks the next broadcast singer.

email and much more.
