Share Song / Re-use an orignal song

After a song has been added into KM, allow others to use the original to record their own tracks.
Example.
Ando records: watashi ha meido ga suki desu.
Jink then clicks it and uses the original (without my vocal) to record his own vocal and/or broadcast.
Others can then do this as well.
Would also allow someone who dosnt have a song to use an
existing one.
Also would allow peopel to request sometihng, ie :Oi Jink sing
this: or something.
