re-broadcasting / pop-up error

I had left the program Karaoke MONSTER open and so I presume this problem with the latest update. At around 1:45PM (6:45PM GMT without Daylight Savings), the song I had uploaded last played constantly and I was barraged with a lot of messages (see picture below).

EDIT: I closed the program and restarted the program and noticed that there was a client update, which I updated. Possible reason why it was messed up?
